Today I argued about the matter in Mazgaon Session Court no. 88 against DG ACB AND ADDL CP MUMBAI UNIT OF 2016
For These officers failure on part of ACB to register FIR in Rs. 40000 crores MHADA fraud denying house to poor and needy.
Matter of 2016 kept pending for two years and then forwarded to UDD.
I submitted that 17A was enacted in 2018. Hence the complaint filed in 2016 cannot be forwarded.
Further 17A of PC act is applicable for acts committed within discharge of official duties. Non registration of FIR, illegal forwarding of complaint disclosing commission of cognizable offences, making of false records, violators if binding precedent and violation of directions of Constitutional courts do not fall within ambit of discharge of official duties
Police have violated oath taken that they will protect the good citizens and destro the evils and failed to Honor their oath.
Those police officers and elected representatives who fail to expose such multi crores frauds are traitors of Nation and are waging an economic war against nation to destabilize the nation and create civic unrest by willfully failing to act against the social.welfare scheme
We need to chose and prosecute such public servants to save the nation.
