Issuing of intimation notice to install smart meters is by itself and offence under Metrology Act as no one is permitted to use any instrument of measuring and weighing without certification received from Legal Metrology dept.
5. Sections in Electricity act relied upon to issue notice to Society who is not consumer.
6. Section in Electricity Act to accept consent from the Managing Committee of society who is not consumer and has no right on electric meters.

All ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES are sleeping and playing fraud on citizens by running away and not coming to police station for registration of FIR.
We shall ask this question to each ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES who cheated citizens by running away from discharge their official duties.
