The Gazatte issued in name of the Hon. Governor should be revoked only through Gazatte issued under sign of Hon. Governor only
Such issuance appears to be incorrect documents prepared signed and used as genuine to mislead citizens when actually the rules are still enforceable and still in force
The oral direction of HON. CMOMaharashtra has no legal standing.
We have all seen the direction of @cmo maharastra in Smart prepaid meters wherein the subordinate officers especially the IAS officers do not abide with CM direction and still continued with illegal installation of smart meters
We therefore demand written direction of CM not to stay the RTI RULES 2026 but to revoke such anti people and anti national RTI rules which destroys RTI ACT. The order of CM should contain quoting the RTI provisions to revoke the illegal & anti national RTI rules 2026 and as well gazette to that effect that the RTI RULES 2026 is revoked.
Till then the citizens should not accept such illegal administrative order which has no legal effect and keeps the illegal RTI rules 2026 alive and facilitate re implementation of such anti national RTI RULES 2026
Thank you CMO for direction given by PS GAD but we need Gazatte under signature of Governor directing revocation of RTI rules 2026.
