These notices were in the hands of labourers who come like thieves and install the smart meters by fixing these letters by writing the names of the building.
On 29.12.25 these forged bogus intimation notices and boxes of smart meters were left over at the building of Adv Manmohan Sharma Soham Sharma and those installing persons ran away. Adv Sharma took over these ublic property for safety and to avoid it being stolen. He informed the Pydhonie Police Station who failed to register FIR, record statement and took the smart meters by preparing bogus panchanama without mentioning the BNSS section and details of the complaint as per Adv Sharma.

@pydhoniepolicestation have not registered FIR illegally taken away the smart meters by making forged / bogus/ incorrect Panchnama without registration of FIR and without mentioning the BNSS section.
The question arises how can such notices signed without names of signatory and date as well as name of the consumer address and date to be fixed be handed over to workers
The notice does not mention the section 171 of electricity act which is mandatory requirement under Electricity Act
We have sent notice to SR. PI pydhonie police station. this week we will expose the SR PI of his illegal acts making of false document and using these false document as genuine for purpose of cheating and ask him where he has kept the smart meters collated after illegal Panchanama

Every time we catch their fraud in smart meters these fraudulent electric companies change the names
