On Friday 26th January 2025 I met Additional excutive engineer Mr. Shirish Shivaji Gangurde at Bhandup MSEB office regarding my billing issues and illegal installation of smart meters under Vidieo recording
There I spoke from the mobile of Shirish Gangurdes to Chief engineer Mr. Rathod invited me to meet him At Thane office on 29th December around 11.30 am for resolving issues of my high electricity bill and illegal installation of smart meters in violation of section 171 electricity act and not provided calibration certification from Metrology dept
provision and section relied upon to
1. consider MSEDDCL which is limited company is state owned electric company and not individual entity
2. When the electric act defines the user of electricity as a consumer how can an electric company call the users as electricity customers
3. To create monopoly of smart meters by stopping production of all other electronic meters and giving no choice to consumers.
4. Provision of law to install smart meters without calibration and certification from Metrology dept.
