Go to office of GM BEST, TATA ADANI, MSEDCL, TORRENT or any electric company office start FB live video recording seeking meeting with these incompetent and unfaithful persons as per GR 13.1.25.

Ask for
1. notice u/s 171 Electricity is given to every consumer with name and flat n consumer number not to the society. Notice to society is illegal.
2. Certificate from Metrology dept ( weight n measure dept) or else it is manipulated and fraud meter.
3. As per section 55 Electricity act correct meter. No force to install SMART N TOD METERS.
4. Application from BEST, TATA, ADANI, MSEDCL or any electricity company before entering premises along with copy of work order.
5. Ask for written directions given by
A. BEST GM
B. ADANI DIRECTORS MD
C. TATA POWER MD AND DIRECTORS
D. MSEDCL MD AND DURECTORS
E. OR DIRECTORS, MD, GM OF any other electricity company
Thereafter letter informing date and time of entering premises
6. The person should be authorised representatives with original letter giveng authority, work order, batch disclosing name of person.
7. N As soon as they come to install smart meters
a. start video recording on FB LIVE
b. Call 112 police
c. Surround these theives and take over the smart meters and do not allow the dacoits to leave premises
d. Tell police to register FIR and do panchnama of the smart meters brought as it is evidence of dishonest intention.
D. Force police to register FIR
Keep the video recording on till everything is over.
Fight the fraud .
