My heart is weeping to see such days of destruction by our own politicians and bureaucrats who take oath before taking their responsibility as public servants.

Our MP, MLA, Councillor demand respect by issuing GR. THESE ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES DEMAND RESPECT BY MAKING BUREAUCRATS RISING UP.
RESPECT IS AUTOMATIC AND DIRECTLY DEPENDS ON CHARACTER OF PERSON.
Very very unfortunate of present elected representatives who wants respect by issuing GR which is I'llegal and unconstitutional as well as illegal.
Mrinal Gore, Madhu Dandvate, Ahilya Rangnekar never demanded they commanded respect

Unfortunate we do not know if they even remember the oath taken by them.
Most if not all have no competency and understanding of basic knowledge required to be employed at the most lowest level of what is required for nation
