Met DCP TRAFFIC SOUTH Mr. Prashant Pardeshi with regards to registration of FIR against the concerned officials
1. for digging the road to concrete it by violating every provision of Traffic NOC condition and not taking Fire NOC As well as no provision for free movement of emergency ambulance and fire engines
2. Illegal beautification on road and footpath by way of gates, reading rooms unwanted structure, obstruction which are not permissible in law
These illegal work is carried out by using tax payers monies and MP, MLA AND COUNCILLORS put their names illegaly. Hence these elected representatives are liable to be prosecuted.
