There is new trend to demoralise and prevent the citizens from going to EOW office.
The police say that there is oral directions but do not give names of the officer who have illegal oral directions encroaching upon the fundamental rights of citizens to meet the police officers in the public space which is not prohibited area.
The security police do not provide name of the officer who has given illegal oral orders and wilfully failed to give written orders.
There is no law where permission of any police officer is required to be taken to meet him, especially when the police officers fail to register FIR against top IAS officers OF MHADA who have committed fraud of 3 lCs crores.
Such act is raising an economic war against the nation to destroy the economic stability and such officers are more dangerous than cross border terrorists
We citizens shall fight all such illegal oral orders and seek accountability on the working of EOW against whom in the recent past the Bombay High court has passed structures for shoddy investigation.
Let us strive and demand transparency and accountability in working of police officers who aid and abrt the economic terrorism
