INSTEAD THE COMPENSATION should be rec Rdovered from
75% from MC, ADDL MC AND VIGILANCE COMMISSIONER
25% from Chief Engineer and subordinate officers
In addition they shall be liable for criminal prosecutions for
A. Preparing false and incorrect completion certificate issued mentioning compliance of all conditions in contract and IRC
B. Criminal breach of trust for having dominion over roads and footpaths and having been entrusted with the responsibility to take care of the road and footpaths.
C. Disobedience of directions of law
D. Section 431 IPC: knowingly playing mischief which makes road less safe and endangers life of citizens.
