The MHADA and BMC ILLEGALY sell the surplus area generated through redevelopment illegally and violating the section 103(I)(3) of MHADA act, as well as GR 10.6.2002 issued by housing dept, as well the specimen undertaking and affidavit that these surplus area tenement should be surrendered before granting Occupation certificate to rehab occupied buildings.
The main violators are the CEO MHADA, CO MBRRB and Municipal Commissioner of BMC who have knowingly disobeyed the direction of law.
I request the lawyers to help me to initiate criminal prosecutions as well as Contempt proceedings of possible to get Hancock as well as other bridges which are indefinitely delayed due to corrupt practices.
Our MP, MLA, councillor are no way concerned about such sensitive issues. They do not even remember that there are such bridges not completed since u reasonable period
