Ask everyone to file complaint to BEST, MERC and local police station
1. that smart meter is illegally installed notice being recd u/s171 electricity act.
2. Entering premises without Written application & permission obtained to enter premises.
3. Without Copy of certification from Metrology dept that meter is sealed tested n correct.
4. Concealing that meter is prepaid and there shall be TOD which means charges will be different to peak hours use.
5. Violation of section 55 by forcing installation without consent.
