This video is made on 12 September 2026 to expose how the Central electric authority at Delhi is playing mischief with the consumers and they have no statutory powers to issue any directions. This could be seen from my notice to prosecute these Central electric authority and the RTI application. The RTI reply by Central electric authority is just forwarding the RTI and notice to prosecute to ministry of power within note that it should be forwarded to any concern department This RTI reply by Central electric authority prove that they have got no authority nor knowledge nor information nor authority to inform the consumers about compulsory and mandatory installation of smart metres I shall also expose that BST undertaking has been sanctioned around 3346 crores from 1649.12 crores when the original sanction amount is around 649 crores. So with every passing day the government increases the layout but does not disclose the reduction in cost of unit to the consumers which is nothing but a fraud played on the citizens under the guys of improvement of electricity supply The ministry of power wide letter dated 4th March 2021 at para 6 has clearly stated that the rdss scheme is only for smart prepaid metres. Hence again a fraud is committed by a lotting such huge amounts for prepaid metres and wrongfully informing the citizens that it is postpaid metre. Therefore the installation of postpaid smart metre his absolutely out of the cover of RDSS scheme so this is again cheating of the consumers In a day or two I shall expose how BNSS section 175(3)(4) is against larger public interest which prevents the citizens from registering FIR against corrupt public servants and creates every hurdles to citizens Please educate me if my submission is incorrect.
