GM BEST afraid to meet it appears to be rhat the Last few GM BEST are incompetent to reply the fraud in smart meters.
In 3rd video I have informed BEST GM that I shall be coming to meet her as per GR 13.1.25 ( She failed to put such boards disclosing every day time to meet citizens without prior appointment)
I have also informed GM BEST to inform police that I shall be coming to meet you a public servant.
Before the meeting I had filed police complaint with Colaba police station, DCP Zone 1, and ADDL CP SOUTH REGION anticipating the illegal acts of GM BEST.

Exposed BEST could not reply
1. Notices not as per section 171 electricity act.
a. Illegally entry in premises
b. Installing smart meter in absence of consu
c. Illegal notice to society
2. Notices initially did not disclose TOD and prepaid
3. How smart meters are not compulsory
4. No formalities were followed before entering premises
5. No consumers were called and smart meters were not installed in presence of consimer.before
6. No reduction in cost per unit after spending
3.03 lacs crores in India

7. Reduction in losses shall benifit electricity company not consumers
8. No explanation that BEST, TATA ,ADANI MESDCLare not state owned but individual entities
9 No explanation of losses criteos not applicable to BEST
10. NO explanation of section n law to issuing notices to society
11.no explanation how Ministry of Power can over rule parliament legislation
12. No proof of installing smart meters nubtaking permission before entering premises
13. No proof that smart meters were installed in the presence of consumers.
14. Not giving affidavit that high charges shall not be levied in peak hours
15. No certicatoon of meter tested and correct by Metrology dept.
16. Exposed their illegal monopoly theory of smart meter when asked the sectionof electricity act. No public authority can do so and option is right of citizens
17. How can GM refuse to meet citizens violating GR 13.1.25.
18. An offence u/s 338 to 341 IPCcan be registered against GM BEST for obstrting a citizen in public office and 166 IPC for disobeying directon of law which cannot fall in ambit of discharge of official duties.
Come on citizens we need to create awareness against such corrupt and dishonest public servants.
