Argued 2 matters At Mazgaon session court no.70 against
1. Officers of ACB including IPS ( kept for orders on 25th Feb)
2. officers of Nirmal nagar including IPS ( kept for PP argument on 11.3.26)
non registration of FIR in serious economics crimes which affect the financial stabily if the nation
The PP for 2nd matter ( Nirmal nagar) was trying to avoid the argument. Hence I requested the court to call PP at 4 pm as he is habitual not to appear.
While I wa arguing he was trying to interrupt me and stop my flow of ARGUMENT. I sternly warned the PP to stop this gimmick and I am aware of such things.
