1. seeking police protection and request you provide protection on Monday 1.9.25 around 4 pm when i visit the office of Addl MC city Smt. Ashwini Joshi to exercise my duty casted upon every citizen as per Article 51A of the Constitution.

 

2. failure of SR. PI and DCP zone 1 to register FIR against Addl MC city Smt. Ashwini Joshi for causing destruction and disappearance of evidences against her and for not obeying the direction of law.

 

3. seeking meeting with MC Shri Bhushan Gagrani and Addl MC Smt. Ashwini Joshi as per

1. Not meet citizens as per GR of State govt. and BMC circular dt. 7.1.2000
2. rightly and correctly not disposing complaint of citizens. (forwarding like postman or courier boy)
3. No RTI appeals since 2 years (around 30 complaints and RTI appeals)
4. No complaints disposed since 2 years.
5. Road around Crawford market encroachment illegally and without legal authority.
6.  Hancock bridge 70% not reconstructed since 10 years. By illegal demolition and without road widening and providing alternative accommodation to affected citizens.
7. Addl MC not maintaining records as per circular and GR of state government.
8. Allowing developers to encroach on footpath at bhendibazar, Shivdas chapsi marg and others
1. No boards outside cabin and at prominent places in every offices of BMC disclosing details of the 3 immediate senior officers to whom complaint can be filed

11. Elphinstone bridge demolition before rehabilitation of affected occupants and without making provision for road widening and other preparation.
50. Massive fraud by BMC estate dept in connivance with Improvement dept and Development plan department aided and abetted by MC and ADDL MC worth more than R. 50000 crores by wrongfully disposing surplus area of BMC property.
1000. Fraud of thousands of crores in illegal beautification without legal authority and in violation of circular 14.12.99 and direction of Hon. Bombay High court as well as Hon. Supreme Court 

 

 

 

1. I am alert senior citizen aged 68 years, seeking meeting which has been wrongfully denied by the above 2 Senior officers of IAS rank (by disobeying their own circulars and GR issued by State Government) for their failures to discharge duty thereby

1.  causing wrongful loss to the public and BMC
2. Causing injury and mental harassment to citizens who come to meet these two IAS officers. 

However, these two senior officers have been blatantly violating and disobeying almost every circular and laws which are in larger public interest. (MR. Bhushan Gagrani and Smt. Ashwini Joshi please educate me with evidences if I have made an incorrect statement against both of  you that you have failed to discharge your duty with integrity, faithfulness and honesty)

 

2. We are law abiding citizens and seek clarification from the above two senior most officers who have blatantly failed to discharge their duties and are acting against the larger public interest, as well as against the nation by destroying the financial stability of BMC and the consequential adverse effect on the economic stability of the nation.

 

3. We feel it is our duty and Article 51 A has casted upon us the duty to take action against the illegal acts and wrongful acts by public servant who hold a high post and who has larger responsibility toward the citizens.

 

4. It is for awareness & seeking our rights not protesting against anyone. I am senior citizen aged 68 years old. On Monday 1.9.25 around 4 pm at ADDL MC office BMC HO as per the GRs mentioned herein above.

 

5. We have no personal enmity with Mr. Bhushan Gaggrani and Smt Aswini Joshi. But saddened with absolute failure to discharge duty as IAS OFFICER AND ADDL MC CITY, BMC.

 

6. I seek need protection and request you to provide protection against these top Bureaucrats. The office of Smt. Ashwini Joshi has filed a false complaint against me without providing any evidence with Azad Maidan police station as retaliation only after I have filed a complaints disclosing cognizable offences to not maintain proper records.

 

7. I as an alert senior citizen along with other citizens are exercising our fundamental rights to bring transparency and accountability of these two officers as they have miserably failed to discharge their duty, as directed under Article 51A of the Constitution to carry on my duty to create awareness against massive fraud which is aided and abetted by the MC AND ADDL MC and carrying out anti national activity 

Please educate me if my submission is incorrect or anti national
